Dr. Ben Lovvorn has an update for us from inside the construction site! We have made progress in the demo of the north plaza—the small courtyard between the Criswell Center and the northern wall of the Historic Sanctuary. This area will be enclosed and will hold the Sanctuary’s baptistry and backstage on level 2, as well as the Worship Production suite for the event space on the lower level.
As we make progress in construction together this summer, we also want to keep being built up in the Lord. To help you do that, we’re releasing a new podcast series this summer—a verse-by-verse study of 1 John called Deeper Fellowship with Christ. New episodes will come out on Tuesdays and Thursdays in June and July.
You can also do this study on a digital platform we just launched, First Dallas+. There you can watch videos of each lesson, follow along with the outline, and review what you learned. Making an account is free and gives you access to additional content as well.
